Summary
According to established procedures, assists the dietitian with the clinical support needed to ensure that each patient receives the correct diet-related foods. Provides communication to patients regarding menu selections.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Fundamental understanding of personal computers and familiarity with the Windows operating system.
- Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
Associate's degree in Clinical Nutrition or completion of the American Dietetic Association's Dietetic Technician program.Three to six months of experience in an institutional food service environment.
