The Salesforce Administrator Manager is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Salesforce and applications built on Salesforce Platform. This role will focus on establishing and aligning key efficiency metrics to drive business outcomes.

Detailed Description:
Serve as a technical champion for Salesforce-driven transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to support informed decision-making at the leadership level.
Ensure Salesforce solutions comply with application regulations and standards, including SOX, ICFR, and US GAAP.
Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and integrated applications.
Work in close partnership with SAP S/ and ancillary system teams to deliver a seamlessly integrated enterprise solution.
Perform ad hoc requests and other special projects as assigned.

This position requires the person to be able to work in a time sensitive, high visibility role while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor when adversity is encountered. Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
