Key Responsibilities
- Drive iOS Development : Architect, build, test, and document innovative iOS applications utilizing Swift and SwiftUI.
- Mentor Team Members : Offer expert guidance and coaching in iOS development, emphasizing best practices in Swift / SwiftUI and mobile architecture.
- Manage Projects Effectively : Keep track of project progress, anticipating risks and obstacles while ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 6 years of related experience. Alternative qualifications considered, such as a master's degree with 4 years, a Ph.D. with 1 year, or a total of 18 years of relevant experience.Extensive iOS Development Experience : 5+ years of hands-on iOS development expertise with a strong command of Swift, SwiftUI, and AI Companion Coding.Leadership Roles : Demonstrated success in leading technical initiatives, mentoring developers, and collaborating effectively with UX / UI teams to drive impactful design decisions.Process Improvement : Proficient in developing and maintaining effective procedures, documentation, and workflows that enhance team efficiency.Effective Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication capabilities, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.Full-Stack Awareness : Solid understanding of REST APIs, backend systems, and monitoring / alerting practices.Annual salary range is USD 119,600.00 - 199,400.00, depending on experience, location, and qualifications. This role may qualify for additional compensation through an incentive program.
