Account Resolution Senior Manager For Auto Operations

Wells Fargo is seeking an Account Resolution Senior Manager for Auto Operations. In this role, you will :

Manage a team of Collectors in transactional tasks including planning, directing, and evaluating workflow, as well as various processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance in Collections functional area.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development by ensuring coordination of work activities to achieve the volume expected and to meet operational requirements in Collections functional area.

Make day to day management decisions and resolve issues to monitor work allocation and operations under the direction of senior management by leveraging interpretation of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Collaborate and consult with immediate Collections team and managers while interacting with external customers.

Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Account Resolution.

Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.

Required Qualifications :

6+ years of Account Resolution, customer contact, Customer Service, or Sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education.

3+ years management or leadership experience.

Desired Qualifications :

Experience in Auto lending, will consider other Consumer Lending business lines.

Ability to identify and evaluate exposures and potential risks.

Experience coaching, mentoring and guiding team member development.

Experience resolving and working through escalated and / or complex customer issues.

Ability to strategically analyze data and diagnose opportunities and interventions.

Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas.
