Mechanical Service Estimator

A company is looking for a Mechanical Service Estimator.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates and scope proposals for HVAC equipment repairs

Coordinate with team members to identify repair parts and services

Track proposals and customer correspondence to secure approvals

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or state-recognized GED

Knowledge of Commercial Building Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and PC skills

Ability to work in a home-based, virtual environment

Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S
