Key Responsibilities :
Project Accounting
Maintain accurate supporting documentation for the invoice (project draw submission) :Purchase Agreements / Change OrdersBackup detail for work completed.AIA G702 / 703 (Pay Application) + WaiversStored Materials Affidavit / Bill of Sale / PhotosSubmit invoices (draw requests) in a timely manner as required by the customer as noted in the contract.Collaborate with team members to ensure proper documentation has been secured.Prepare project invoices, ensuring they are following the contract terms.Respond to invoicing inquiries pertaining the projectsCollections Management
Lead and manage collections process, ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding invoices, confirmation of draw submission / approval, and expected receipt of funding.Develop and implement effective collections strategies to minimize overdue receivables.Communicate with customers regarding overdue accounts, resolving disputes.Monitor aging reports and take proactive measures to reduce delinquency rates.Client and Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding billing and collections issues.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and resolution of financial matters.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance1+ years of accounts receivable and / or billing experienceExperience in construction accounting / bank draw billing / G702 / G703 AIA payment application form requiredProficient in Microsoft ExcelExperience with SAP, Textura, GC Pay, and ProcoreExperience in a supply chain company is a plusOrganized with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and high confidence in stating professional opinionsSelf-motivated, eager to learn and growStrong interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skillsA team player, must be able to work with people from various functionsMust use discretion and maintain company & customer confidentialityProfessional demeanor#LI-DNI
