Job Title : Process Technician

About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Engineering Technician . In this role, you’ll support the setup, improvement, and troubleshooting of manufacturing processes—especially those involving circuit boards and electronic components. Whether you're just starting or have years of experience, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Help improve and fine-tune production processes to boost efficiency and product quality.
  • Support teams with troubleshooting equipment and process issues.
  • Assist in setting up machines and creating programs for production equipment.
  • Work with engineering and production teams to solve problems and improve workflows.
  • Document procedures, create work instructions, and help train new team members.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all safety and quality guidelines.
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

What You Bring

  • Interest or experience in electronics or manufacturing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to read technical drawings or instructions.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed.

    • Preferred (But Not Required)

  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or inspection role.
  • Familiarity with industry standards like IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001.
  • Experience with tools like microscopes, soldering equipment, or inspection systems.
  • Understanding of electronic components and how they’re placed on circuit boards.
  • Experience with machine programming (e.g., pick-and-place, printers, ovens) is a plus.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.50 / hr.
