Job Description / Position

Our San Jose office is looking for a full-time MEP CAD / Librarian. We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, & energetic, entrepreneurial self-starter who can make decisions, work independently and support many different requests. Individual must be proficient in AutoCAD (Xref, paper space and model space) have experience with drafting standards, and able to update drawings to reflect the new conditions. Applicant must be familiar with all trades, with a heavy focus on architectural, mechanical, and electrical projects.

Preferred Skills for the Position :

• Basic understanding of architectural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Base / Record drawing updates and maintenance per client request and standards. This includes all drawing disciplines include architectural, mechanical, electrical, furniture, civil, fire protection, and others.
• Rapid response to drawing requests from internal and external clients, including contractors.
• Exceptional customer service is a must and an ability to work with different personalities.
• Strong time-management skills and an ability to prioritize and execute requests effectively.
• Good organizational skills including daily tracking of project close outs and drawing requests.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $90,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
