Duties And Responsibilities :
- Prospect Identification : Research and identify potential leads through various channels (social media, online platforms, industry events, etc.).
- Outbound Lead Generation : Execute targeted outbound campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn) to engage prospective clients and qualify their interest.
- Lead Nurturing : Manage and nurture relationships with potential leads by staying in touch and providing relevant information to keep them engaged.
- Qualify Leads : Assess the suitability of leads based on defined criteria and ensure they are passed to the sales team when appropriate.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions and updates are properly documented.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals and optimize outreach strategies.
- Reporting & Metrics : Track and report on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and overall performance to ensure targets are met.
- Market Research : Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive offerings, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
