Job Summary
Reporting to the Associate Vice President of Student Life for Health and Wellness the Director of Wolverine Wellness will provide leadership for enhancing community and personal well-being and for providing backbone support for an institution-wide Well-being Collective. You will develop strategic plans for health promotion that support the missions and values of the University of Michigan and the Division of Student Life. It is also expected to examine and address campus and community health and well-being issues at all levels of the socio-ecological model intrapersonal, interpersonal, institutional, community, and public policy. You will engage and collaborate with interdisciplinary partners, demonstrate cultural competence and inclusivity, apply accepted theoretical frameworks and planning models that address individual and community health, and conduct population-based assessments of health status, needs, and assets. It will also conduct environmental assessments of campus and community health and well-being needs and resources, develop measurable goals and objectives for health promotion initiatives, implement evidence-informed health promotion initiatives with fidelity to maximizing effectiveness, use accepted quantitative and qualitative methods for assessment and program evaluation, and contribute to the field. You will provide direct supervision of the Wolverine Wellness staff, and it will oversee the Well-being Collective Steering Committee for the University of Michigan.
This position is based fully onsite in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Regular in-person presence is required.

Posting salary range : $100,000 - $122,000 - Salary may vary depending on qualifications, experience, and education of selected candidate
