About The Position

Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.

Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive equipment to improve patients’ ability to perform daily activities.

Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, safety, and use of assistive devices.

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.

Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documentation, and progress reports.

Adjust treatment plans as patients’ progress or conditions change.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility standards and ethical guidelines.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Education : Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Licensure : Active and valid state license as an Occupational Therapist (OT).

Certification : NBCOT certification preferred.

Experience : Minimum of [1–2] years of experience preferred (new graduates are encouraged to apply).

Skills : Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical-thinking skills.

Technical Skills : Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation best practices.
