Job Summary :

Amaze ABA Therapy - Maryland is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Register Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team of caring professionals. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities :

Provide 1 : 1 ABA therapy services to clients in their homes, schools, or community settings

Implement behavioral plans and strategies under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Collect and record data on client behavior and progress

Collaborate with BCBA and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and services provided

Communicate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care

Requirements :

Must hold a current RBT certification

1 year of experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities

Certificate in a related field (e.g., ABA, special education, psychology)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records

Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
