100% FTE, Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm with occasional evenings and weekends. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at 8501 Excelsior Drive in Madison, WI and the Med Flight base located in Portage, WI.

We are seeking an Emergency Services Nursing Supervisor to :

• Foster effective communication and collaboration with a wide range of hospital staff, including leadership team, care team leaders, medical staff, social work, and support staff, to ensure high-quality patient and family care.
• Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Emergency Services department, overseeing patient care, staff, and daily unit operations.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing support for professional development, performance evaluations, and team management.
