Customer Service Representative

Sales Support Position

This is a sales support position responsible for providing direct support to all assigned Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers. As a CSR (customer sales representative), the goal is to assist and help resolve all customer needs as quickly and accurately as possible.

Responsibilities include :

• Answering all incoming concerns / needs from all customers
• Key pick-up request, handling transportation / routing on delivery questions
• Processing will-call orders
• Providing customers with invoice copies
• Processing credits
• Maintaining call list
• Monitoring orders before the cut-off
• Communicating regularly with the AE (account executives) and customers
• Managing the same-day deliveries for OPCO (operating company)
• Performing other duties as directed by Supervisor
