Job Summary :
The Internal Communications Specialist plays a key role in creating, planning, and executing internal communications strategies for global IT associates. This role focuses on developing and delivering engaging employee-facing materials that align with business objectives, support organizational initiatives, and strengthen internal culture through effective communication across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with IT and business partners to plan and execute internal communications campaigns.
Write, edit, and distribute Associate-facing content such as memos, newsletters, articles, and presentations.
Manage the internal newsletter end-to-end, including content planning, editing, design, and delivery.
Develop visual and branded materials aligned with corporate identity standards.
Create and manage communications plans for internal campaigns and initiatives.
Maintain and update intranet sites and SharePoint pages, ensuring content accuracy and usability.
Track and report on communications deliverables using centralized tools and analytics.
Partner with teams to improve communication tools, processes, and delivery mechanisms.
Support internal events and logistics, ensuring alignment with communications goals.
Provide ad hoc project support for large-scale campaigns or department-wide initiatives.
Required Experience :
Bachelors degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
38 years of experience in Internal Communications or Marketing.
Nice-to-Have Experience :
Background supporting global or enterprise-level organizations.
Familiarity with retail, technology, or multi-channel communications environments.
Required Skills :
Microsoft Office 365 (especially PowerPoint and Teams)
Poppulo Enterprise Communications Platform
SharePoint site management for communications
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
Preferred Skills :
Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Power Automate or similar workflow tools
Graphic design and visual storytelling
Strong project management and multitasking abilities
