About the Role

This position is perfect for an individual with energy and a desire to learn in a challenging, fast-paced work environment. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. They should also have high analytical and project management skills and be capable of making decisions to ensure smooth workflow. Candidates will be using Microsoft Office products and should have intermediate skills in Excel and Word. Other Windstream tools include : CX ONE, Tableau, OFSC, GIS mapping software, CSA Viewer, Field Map, GComm, UQual, EPM, Job Trac, Winbuy, and other internal Windstream systems.

What You\'ll Do :

• Support Field Operations management team.
• Track and report on various projects such as lateral builds, Work in Progress for areas assigned, escalations, fiber deployments and other initiatives.
• Answer customer inquiries via call center
• Submit locate tickets via state 811 website, investigate customer accounts, and other Field Operations support activities as assigned.
