UCC Engineer with MS-700 License

A company is looking for a UCC Engineer responsible for implementing, integrating, and supporting cloud-based UC&C solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage enterprise-scale projects, including cloud migrations and platform integrations

Architect and validate complex UCC solutions and integrations in enterprise environments

Act as the final escalation point for unresolved UCC issues, leading root cause analysis initiatives

Required Qualifications

Experience with Crestron XIO cloud portal and Microsoft Teams Rooms

Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700) certification

4+ years of progressive experience in enterprise UCC engineering

Expert proficiency in UC cloud administration platforms and AV-over-IP technologies

Strong background in enterprise networking and high-severity incident management
