St. Vincent's Behavioral Health Center in Westport is a 76-bed inpatient facility dedicated to providing exceptional care to children, adolescents, and adults facing mental health challenges and dual diagnosis substance use disorders. Job Summary:

As a Graduate Nurse, you will deliver compassionate and comprehensive nursing care, effective for both patients and their families. This position allows you to practice nursing temporarily while awaiting licensing exam results for up to 90 days following graduation. Your practice will be supervised by a licensed Registered Nurse and adheres to our organization’s professional standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, though an Associate degree is acceptable if a BSN is obtained within 6 years of hire.
• Must complete the application to sit for the CT RN license and achieve licensure within 90 days of graduation.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, deliver, and evaluate holistic patient care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative team mindset.
