Lifeguard (part-time)

Lifeguard - Bentonville, AR

Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for part-time Lifeguards to join the aquatics team at our new state-of-the-art facility in Bentonville, AR. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring a safe and friendly environment for all of the aquatic facility members and guests.

Key Accountabilities

• Monitor and ensure safety and well-being of patrons using the aquatic facilities.
• Enforce and explain rules as necessary.
• Respond appropriately to any emergency.
• Perform chemical testing and documents results for three bodies of water and a hot tub four times a day.
• Attend all required staff meetings and training.
• Ensure that needs of the aquatic center are being met by folding towels; cleaning; filling water machines; and inspecting the Aquatics Facility to ensure safe environment for members.
• Maintain a professional attitude.
• Other duties as needed / assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Compensation : $14 - $18 / hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
