Job descriptionParticipate in events with enthusiasm, excitement, and professionalism. Interact with consumers and customers in a fluent and professional manner. Maintain a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends and extended or unusual hours. Arrive on-site at events on time and remain from start to finish. Assist the on-site manager with all event-related tasks. Complete and submit event reports after each activation, as required. Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record or reliable transportation to / from events. Ability to pass a background check and drug test (drug-free workplace). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing event materials, company assets, and reports. Outgoing, responsible, enthusiastic, and reliable personality. Expert knowledge of the product and brand. Strong team player with a presentable and well-groomed appearance. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and professionalism. Skilled in problem-solving, project management, and time management. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 6+ months of related work experience preferred.

- Provide consumers with an unforgettable and educational experience that engages them and leaves a lasting impression.
- Act as the Face of the Brand , representing it with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
