Work Setting : 100% at the Vitaver Staffing Client’s site
Required :
- Business or technical writing experience (3+ years);
- Experience working with multiple software and graphic packages;
- Experience working as an IT Business Analyst using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies (5+ years);
- Experience coordinating business users, technical staff, and architects to analyze and define future operation needs based on use case and analysis of alternatives;
- Experience with business process design and re-engineering;
- Experience preparing status reports and providing management briefings;
- Certification in Business Analysis from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or the Project Management Institute (PMI)
Preferred :
Experience in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), data analysis software (e.g., Structured Query Language, Python, R, Statistical Analysis System), project management software (e.g., MS Projects, JIRA Software, Trello), and databases and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems;Responsibilities
Create and maintain IT documentation;Translate technical or complicated information into clear, concise documents for various audiences;Work with the Development Quality Assurance and Technical Support teams to produce technical publications, including instructional materials, technical manuals, and product documentation;Review, critique, and edit documentation, including design documents, programmer notes, and system overviews;Interview subject matter experts and technical staff to collect information, prepare written text, and coordinate layout and material organization;Research information such as drawings, design reports, equipment, and test specifications to fill any gaps;Lead or assist in business requirement gathering sessions Joint Application Development (JAD)
