JOB SUMMARY :

The Human Resources Director will oversee and manage all aspects of Human Resources operations for the Weingart Center during a 6-week assignment. This includes strategic HR planning, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, onboarding, and support for leadership and staff. The Director will ensure HR practices align with the organization’s mission and values, and provide guidance to HR staff and leadership.
