We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Advertising Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position provides hands-on experience in advertising coordination, client support, and campaign administration within a professional and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the advertising team in coordinating and implementing client campaigns.
Assist in preparing advertising materials, reports, and documentation for internal and client use.
Communicate with clients and vendors to ensure materials, deadlines, and details are managed properly.
Help monitor the progress of advertising projects to ensure goals and schedules are met.
Assist with organizing promotional events, presentations, or product showcases.
Prepare data summaries or reports for performance tracking and team meetings.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
