The Boeing Test Operations & Engineering Team is looking for an Engineering Systems, Applications, and Compliance Manager based out of Berkeley, MO.
Within Boeing Test & Evaluation (BT&E), the Engineering Systems, Applications, and Compliance Manager leads a multi-site team of Data Solutions Architects, Data Scientists, Systems Application Analysts, Business Intelligence Analysts, Software Application Developers, and Cybersecurity experts, along with process subject matter experts from across the organization that complete tool development and maintenance, process documentation updates, system architecture development, and cyber security assurance for teams within the BT&E Air Dominance, Phantom Works, and Weapons (AD) organization.
The Test Operations & Engineering organization supports a wide variety of design and fabrication work across BT&E, and collaborates frequently with Boeing Defense & Space (BDS) programs and production operations. The various teams in the Engineering Systems, Applications, and Compliance group will work directly with engineering, technicians, and mechanic teams to understand their engineering requirements and provide software and analytics suites that integrate workflow and Boeing AI / ML tools into engineering and business systems in novel ways with a focus on execution efficiency. The team will support digital tools and security compliance for the Test Operations & Engineering organization along with other capabilities in lab test and flight test that serve the Air Dominance, Phantom Works, and Weapons dedicated organizations within BT&E. This team is growing and will be looking to add other roles in order to execute in a dynamic work environment supporting numerous business partners spread across several programs / tests.
The successful candidate will have experience in software engineering, development, and deployment with a high aptitude for leadership, execution, and team building. Experience with a broad software toolset and a focus on workflow management is desired for this position. In addition, experience leading teams comprised of multiple skills is helpful.
Position Responsibilities :
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary Pay Range : $129,200 $174,800
