Sr. Data Scientist

Job Description :

The Sr. Data Scientist will lead the development and deployment of generative AI (GenAI) models in the healthcare EMR / EHR domain. This role will focus on building state-of-the-art AI / ML solutions for a variety of use cases and integrating agentic frameworks and workflows. The incumbent will have expertise in working with models such as OpenAI's GPT, Gemini, Claude, and open-source frameworks like LLaMA, as well as a proven track record of deploying scalable AI systems in regulated and complex healthcare environments.

AI and GenAI Model Development :

• Lead data science projects and deliver innovative technical solutions to solve problems and improve business outcomes.
• Develop and fine-tune generative AI models for healthcare-specific tasks and use cases.
• Leverage and adapt models such as OpenAI GPT, Gemini, Claude, and open-source tools like LLaMA to meet healthcare-specific needs.
• Design, develop, test, validate, and deploy Machine Learning / Statistical models to build new products.
