Senior Full Stack Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of internal tooling for operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end features for internal operational tooling, making architectural decisions for maintainability

Drive technical design for new systems and enhancements, focusing on scalability, performance, and security

Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of quality and collaboration within the team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with increasing responsibility

Strong full-stack development skills in frontend (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and backend (Node.js, .NET Core / C#)

Deep understanding of .NET Core and modern development practices

Experience with SQL databases, including schema design and query optimization

Familiarity with microservice architecture and web client best practices
