Then there are the fun and exciting extras like fun bonuses, contests, retreats, and social events — we know how to have fun together and work hard too! We also understand how important it is to be financially responsible with commissions. Compensation :

$150,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities :

• Establish relationships and guide buyers through the home-buying process
• Set up meetings, display properties, and conduct open houses
• Consistently search for new customers
• Foster relationships with customers and expand your network
• Employ cutting-edge systems to keep up with the ever-changing market
• Express yourself professionally with customers, colleagues, and partners
• Provide a first-class experience for customers
