We're looking for a driven and motivated area sales manager to join our fast-paced team. You will bring exceptional sales skills to drive new business to multiple properties while also developing relationships with existing clients. You’ll need outstanding communication skills to prospect new customers through referrals and networking. Our ideal candidate is a dynamic and creative thinker with experience developing strategies to exceed sales targets and profit margins. $94,500 - $104,500 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
• Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
• Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network
• Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives
• Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development
• Sales candidate must be personable, enthusiastic and be able to at the same time be aggressive while selling in the residential home
• Must be willing to go out in the field every day and build relationships
• Highly self-motivated, a terrific presenter, outstanding communicator
• Deadline-focused, organized, and results-driven are integral to this position
• Familiar with putting together pricing and being able to guide clients through the design phase of their floor coating selection
• A 45-hour work week is required
• A good driving record is required
• Sales Consultants should meet the prospect within 2 -5 days after the appointment is set
• Sales Consultants should average 3 - 4 appointments per day
• The average appointment should be between 30 and 60 minutes
• Commission or salary plus Commission for the salesperson from the total sales price of Install
• Saturday appointments are possible
