About The Position

Job Title : CT Technologist Profession : Radiology / Cardiology Specialty : CT Tech Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Night 4x10-Hour Hours per Shift : 10 hours Experience : 2 years of experience in an acute care setting License : State Licensed as Radiologic Technologist Certifications : - CRT-Certified Radiologic Technologist - ARRT - Radiography - RHF-Radiology Fluoroscopy - BLS - Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (within 30 days of hire) Must-Have : - CT experience in an acute care setting - Experience performing XRays, CT scans, and working weekends Description : This position requires CT experience in an acute care environment. The individual will be responsible for performing XRays and CT scans. The shift for this role is during the night, from 21 : 30 to 07 : 30, Sunday through Wednesday. Candidates must hold appropriate certifications, including ARRT and CRT Fluoro License. Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. Experience in an acute care setting is mandatory. Key skills include 3D rendering, various CT procedures, and familiarity with Epic charting system. The technologist will be working with patients of various age groups, including neonates, adolescents, and geriatrics. Flexibility for weekend coverage is required. Candidates must be available for lab work within 3 to 5 days of signing. All certifications must be current and in hand at the time of application. Background information will be reviewed and should be disclosed prior to application. Returning staff must have been gone for one year to qualify for this position.
