Your Role as a Service Technician - Electric
Your day revolves around troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic, cordless, and power tools. Your responsibilities include :
Performing service calls on the road and communicating with customers about the status and location of repairs neededCleaning up tools and work areas after each project, keeping indoor and outdoor workstations clean and clear from obstructions, and maintaining clean and working service trucksClearly communicating with the Service Supervisor and Parts department to ensure parts are ordered and received in a timely mannerAccurately record keeping, including parts ordered and hours worked on toolsMaintaining a safe and secure work environment by adhering to and striving to improve safety standards and reporting any suspicious activityCompleting related tasks as assignedQualifications
A valid Driver\u2019s License with a clean driving recordAble and willing to work indoors and outdoors in all seasonsWilling to cross-train in other repair areas and help work on anything sold at Acme ToolsAble to lift up to 50 lbs.Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hoursAble to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reachLove-to-Haves
