What You’ll Need to Succeed :

We’re looking for someone who meets the following qualifications :

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school with an active RN license in Minnesota
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience as a hospice RN and at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Ability to travel within the service area; valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required
  • Current CPR Certification

    • Your Role and Responsibilities :

    As the Hospice Director, you will :

  • Plan, assign, and monitor the work of hospice staff to ensure efficient operations
  • Hire, supervise, evaluate, and motivate both professional and paraprofessional employees
  • Develop recruitment strategies and facilitate the onboarding of new staff
  • Lead Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings and participate in team discussions
  • Contribute to business growth by providing education and support to external customers
  • Manage hospice caseloads as needed
  • Provide educational opportunities and in-services to meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
