Bishop & Company is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative – Branch Services to join the Service Delivery Division of a financial organization in Honolulu, HI. In this role, you will provide support to Branches, the Call Center, and other departments by assisting customers with resolving operational inquiries and concerns
This ideal candidate will have :
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience in a branch or similar operational environment
- Strong familiarity with technology systems and tools
- Previous experience in a customer service–focused role preferred
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment
- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
