As a Neuroscience Account Manager, you will be entrusted with promoting our cutting-edge psychiatry portfolio to psychiatrists and key institutional accounts, including community mental health centers and hospitals. Your role will involve executing tailored sales and marketing strategies backed by your extensive clinical knowledge, allowing you to drive impressive sales performance.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
Business Planning & Account Leadership : Utilize digital tools and data-driven insights to create strategic opportunities, optimize resources, track progress, and adapt your approach to maximize results.
Selling : Communicate effectively with customers to convey our product messages compellingly, address their needs, manage objections, and secure actionable commitments during each interaction.
Customer Development : Foster and maintain strong, productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to align with organizational objectives while managing accounts holistically.
Local Market & Therapeutic Area Expertise : Stay informed about market trends and dynamics, identify important account connections, and leverage your comprehensive therapeutic knowledge to unlock and prioritize unique business opportunities.
Reimbursement : Keep up-to-date on reimbursement trends, proactively address payer access issues, and effectively leverage Lundbeck resources to mitigate challenges across various payer channels.
Pharmaceutical Environment / Compliance : Navigate the pharmaceutical and regulatory environment with a strong understanding of compliance, ensuring adherence to Lundbeck policies and FDA regulations regarding product promotion.

The displayed salary range is for potential hires located in California and may vary based on qualifications, skills, and performance. Salary Pay Range : $135,000 - $175,000 with an eligibility for a sales incentive of $39,000.
