Process Technician

We are hiring for a Manufacturing Process Technician role supporting in Hickory, NC, with a 4+ months contract role.

This position involves supporting manufacturing operations, assisting with material-processing tasks (hardening, laminating, etching, engraving, polishing, plating), performing production measurements, and following established procedures for cutting and shaping materials. You’ll work under close supervision, troubleshoot routine issues, and support efficiency improvements.

Qualifications :

• AAS in Applied Science / Engineering Technology preferred
• 0–3 years’ experience in manufacturing or process operations
• Familiarity with production workflows, measuring tools, and material-processing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
