Location : Lawrence, MA 01841 (Merrimack Valley – Greater Boston healthcare jobs)

Assignment Type : Travel contract

End Date : January 27, 2026

Duration : 9 weeks

Estimated Weekly Pay : $2,390 – $2,570

Hours per Week : 40

Shift : 8-hour day shifts (7 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM)

Mammography Technologist Qualifications

Active Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license (permanent required)

ARRT certification in Mammography (M) preferred

Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Mammography Technologist or Radiologic Technologist

Experience with Hologic mammography units is a plus

Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Mammography Technologist Responsibilities

Perform screening and diagnostic mammograms using Hologic equipment

Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy during all imaging procedures

Follow all regulatory, safety, and facility protocols for mammography and documentation

Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care

Maintain accurate patient records and imaging logs

Assist with scheduling and workflow management to optimize patient throughput
