Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide essential services to young learners aged 4-6 at an elementary school in Spring Hill, TN. This contract position, running from January 5, 2026, to May 22, 2026, involves approximately 20-25 hours per week, supporting a caseload of 40 students with speech and language needs.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Delivering direct speech-language therapy services to a caseload of about 40 students.
  • Serving as case manager for roughly 10 students receiving direct services.
  • Conducting assessments and testing as required.
  • Updating Present Levels of Academic Achievement and Functional Performance (PLAAFPs) and Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals for related services students.
  • Attending IEP meetings and collaborating with educators and families as necessary.

Qualifications and experience :

  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred.
  • Willingness to support Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates may be considered.
  • Experience working with young children in an educational setting.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple caseload responsibilities effectively.
