What You Will be Doing :

We are in search of an experienced Electrical Project Manager to manage commercial electrical projects. In this leadership position you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and under budget, while maintaining high standards of safety. This position is based out of our Alpharetta, GA location.

Daily duties include :

• Responsible for overall execution of electrical commercial projects from take off to close out.
• Responsible for managing resources, labor, materials and equipment at the most cost-effective terms
• Work with owner / general contractor to order and coordinate delivery of all owner furnished materials
• Provide supervision / coaching to project superintendent and electricians
• Manage subcontractors
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, take-offs, change orders, RFI's and contracts
• Prepare and submit all required billing and close-out documents
• Ensure compliance and OSHA safety requirements
• Conduct project pre-construction meetings
• Must be able to identify scope changes and handle issues
• Effective communicator regarding projects and plan to meet project demands
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
