Overview

AI Trainer for Urdu Writers / Speakers (Freelance, Remote) - Alignerr. Alignerr is a community of subject-matter experts who align AI models by creating high-quality data to build the future of Generative AI. This role focuses on training AI models with Urdu content to ensure accuracy and relevance of AI-generated Urdu text. The position offers flexible scheduling and directly contributes to the advancement of AI in Urdu.

Your Day to Day (Responsibilities)

Evaluate AI-generated writing based on rubrics assessing factuality, completeness, brevity, and grammatical correctness.
Review the work of other writers.
Produce high-quality original content in response to prompts.
Set your own working hours depending on project length.

About You (Qualifications)

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.

Native-level proficiency in Urdu. (Required)

Fluent in English. (Required)

Strong writing style with excellent English spelling and grammar.

Critical eye and the ability to clearly articulate the strengths and weaknesses of written text.

Professional writing experience as a researcher, journalist, technical writer, editor, or similar roles.

Interest in AI and machine learning concepts.

Important Information

This is a freelance position compensated on an hourly basis. This is not an internship opportunity. Candidates must be authorized to work in their country of residence, and sponsorship is not offered for this 1099 contract role. International students on a valid visa may be eligible to apply; however, specific circumstances should be discussed with a tax or immigration advisor. We are unable to provide employment documentation at this time. Compensation rates may vary for non-US locations.

Pay range (rate per hour) : $15—$150 USD.
