Job descriptionAs a key leader of the manufacturing facility, the EHS Coordinator will be responsible for managing, and coordinating all Environmental, Health, and Safety activities in the plant to proactively drive programs and create a culture to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all our employeesThe EHS Coordinator is the Safety Champion for the facility and is responsible for driving the safety culture throughout the plantThis highly visible role will have daily interaction with all employees and be a presence on the manufacturing floorEnsure facility conformance with all applicable federal, state, local and corporate environmental, health and safety laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines as well as maintaining appropriate documentationDevelop and deliver safety training programs for all employees at the plantStorm water permitting, inspection, pollution prevention and waste minimizationSPCC, spill cleanup, planning, prevention, and chemical releaseBachelor Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline or equivalent work experience3-5 years in an environmental, health and safety role
