Job descriptionCompetitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses Earn between $40,000 $60,000 annually , depending on performance Paid time off, including vacation and sick days Clear growth path with opportunities for advancement Comprehensive onboarding and continuous training Career-focused training designed to help you succeed and grow Work with a close-knit, goal-driven team that values your contribution Make a positive difference in your community every day Learn all aspects of small business operations and customer relationship management Delivering exceptional service across phone, email, and in-person interactions Building long-term client relationships and earning repeat business Assisting clients with policy reviews, changes, billing, and claims support Quoting and binding personal lines policies including auto, home, renters, and life Educating customers on their coverage options to ensure proper protection Supporting the agent and sales team in day-to-day operations High school diploma or equivalent required Property & Casualty license preferred (we will help you get licensed if needed) Prior experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is a plus Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail Positive, team-first attitude with a desire to grow professionally Monday through Friday, standard business hours You enjoy helping people and take pride in your work Youre looking for a stable, long-term career with advancement potential You want to be part of a team thats building something meaningful
