A company is looking for a Field Service Scheduling Coordinator II.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, schedule, and dispatch field service calls, logging case or work order notes
Work with engineers and Regional Service Managers to strategically plan onsite visits
Enhance customer satisfaction and scheduling efficiency by managing service call logistics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Basic to intermediate skills in MS Office, including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint
SAP / ServiceMax / SalesForce experience is strongly preferred
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
