Associate Project Manager
Utilizing project management tools and methodologies, leads projects from inception to closeout, managing the scope, schedule, and cost. Also manages existing programs that utilize both internal and external labor sources. The technical complexity, budget, number of internal and external parties involved, and risk to the company (i.e., financial, public reputation) increase as you move across the progression. Projects range from small scale (capital or non-capital) projects to large scale projects. In this role, projects have a distinct beginning and end. There are typically no direct reports; rather people and other resources are indirectly managed as part of a project team. Hiring Range : $74,610.72 - $96,621
Project Manager I
Professional level project management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) required. Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Design Built Institute of America (DBIA), or equivalent project management certifications desired or the ability to obtain within one year required.
Hybrid work options may be available for this role. The successful candidate will be required to work at our Spokane office at least 3 days per week including Mondays and Tuesdays with additional day(s) determined by the manager.
