Requirements

• Strong knowledge of core functions of an insurance company and applicable concepts, with a primary focus on actuarial pricing and / or reserving.
• Ability to effectively communicate and influence using analyses at various levels, including senior leadership.
• Experience building successful business partnerships.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for mentorship and developing team members' skills.
• Ability to effectively delegate and promote a successful working team environment.
• Effective communicator and exceptional listener with experience persuading and negotiating trade-offs of scope and timelines.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively resolve complex situations and issues. Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and lead teams. Proactively conducts user research, customer interviews, and lean experiments.
