• Set up and operate multi‑spindle screw machines—Tornos, Acme, and Gridley—to achieve repeatable, high‑volume output.
• Operate manual and automated machine tools to meet defined operations and tolerances.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep equipment reliable and efficient.
• Read and apply blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to plan sequences and tooling.
• Measure critical features with precision gauges to verify conformance to print.
