Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Leader to own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of some of OCI’s critical commercial systems. This leader will drive the capabilities that power OCI’s pricing, offers, metering, rating, billing, invoicing, entitlements, settlements, and revenue workflows—spanning self-serve, enterprise, and partner / marketplace motions. You will partner closely with OCI Platform Engineering, Oracle Applications Labs (OAL), Finance, and Corporate Systems to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable commercial platforms that accelerate growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for OCI commercial systems (pricing catalogs, promotions, contracting / CPQ, usage metering, rating, billing, invoicing, entitlements, subscription lifecycle, credit / collections, revenue recognition, taxation, and compliance).
Lead and grow a high-performing product management organization; set goals, mentor PM leaders, and instill customer-centric, data-driven practices.
Partner with OCI Platform Engineering to define APIs, event models, SLAs, and telemetry for usage data capture, near–real-time rating, and cost transparency.
Collaborate with OAL and Corporate Systems to integrate with Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, SCM, CX), Identity / Entitlements, Payments, Tax, and data platforms; ensure end-to-end process integrity from quote to cash to revenue.
Define product requirements and business rules for complex commercial constructs (committed-use, tiered / prorated pricing, private offers, marketplace, channel / partner, bring-your-own-license, credits, incentives).
Ensure compliance, security, and auditability (SOX, revenue recognition, privacy, segregation of duties, least privilege). Partner with Finance, Internal Audit, and Security on controls, policy, and evidence.
Drive commercial readiness for new OCI services and global expansions (currencies, tax regimes, invoicing formats, eInvoicing / eReporting, payments, collections).
Establish and track KPIs / OKRs (accuracy / timeliness of metering and billing, DSO impact, leakage reduction, quote-to-cash cycle time, availability / latency, cost-to-serve).
Own stakeholder alignment and governance; build executive narratives and investment cases; manage prioritization across multiple business models and geographies.
Champion high-availability, scalable architecture with reliability, observability, cost efficiency, and data quality; guide build vs. buy decisions and vendor due diligence in alignment with Oracle security and compliance standards.
Lead incident / defect / root-cause prioritization for commercial systems; implement preventative controls and continuous improvement.
