Talent Acquisition Specialist Temporary Position (less than a year)

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (temporary), you will play a key role in attracting and selecting top talent for mostly high-volume and entry-level roles, as well as professional, management-level positions, to meet the functional and strategic needs of the organization.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities :

  • Actively contribute to high-volume recruitment and staffing of entry-level roles
  • Act as a strategic, operational, and tactical partner to hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and adapt strategies to fill positions optimally and sustainably
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies (social media, candidate databases, etc.) and represent the organization at networking events to promote our employer brand and expand your professional network
  • Build and maintain talent pools with a strong understanding of the North American job market
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Canada and the United States to share best practices focused on efficiency, innovation, and performance
  • Manage all stages of the recruitment process with agility, ensuring a positive experience for candidates, managers and internal partners

We're looking for someone who :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a consulting and recruitment role
  • French language skills are considered an asset, given the nature of team collaboration and communication, as the role involves participating in meetings with internal and external partners, including colleagues, managers from various business units and candidates on a daily basis
  • Sourcing skills and a strong interest in this activity
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a constantly evolving environment
  • Comfort working with performance indicators and thriving in a dynamic, high-volume setting
