Construction Sales Assistant

Location : Charlotte, NC | Full-Time | Pay : $18-$22 HR / DOE | PAID WEEKLY!

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a high-performing team. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service driven, and eager to grow within the construction industry. This role is key in ensuring seamless communication between departments and delivering an excellent experience to clients and vendors.

Responsibilities :

• Assist the sales team with preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating logistics
• Answer phones and direct calls
• Manage invoicing, cash handling, and track daily deposits
• Greet and direct visitors and vendors
• Maintain office supply inventory and assist with general office organization
• Support daily operations as assigned by the site supervisor

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of office administrative experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented
• Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions
• Complete all assignments requiring physical activity for a full shift
• Work all hours assigned.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have a Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Must pass drug screen and all required background checks.

All employees must have proper PPE, including a hard hat, work boots, a safety vest, safety glasses, and work gloves.
