Reporting Structure :

Position reports to Production Team Leader

Location :

Dassel, MN (with possible seasonal hours in Stewart, MN)

Job Duties :

Production and Scheduling (75%)

• Perform required duties in mixing, blending, processing and operations to meet required specifications and quality expectations, for both domestic shipments
• Perform required tasks to ensure the highest standards are met in the quality of finished product
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to assist in receiving, loading, mixing, and warehouse organization of all ingredients, processing of finished goods and inventory related to production and shipping / receiving
• Assist in organization and monitoring of ingredients and finished inventory
• Meet required production schedules to maintain the most efficient use of equipment and capacity
• Assist in loading / unloading, order preparation, shipping and receiving of raw ingredients and finished goods
• Adhere to all safety protocols, bio-security measures and regulations (both State and Federal FDA and Department of Agriculture) standards of quality and safe operations
• Observe and follow all Standard Operating Procedures as outlined and directed
• Ensure all documentation is completed and reviewed, as directed
• Follow all communication required related to production and coordination of all production, packing and shipping documentation
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
