A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle various customer interactions and support operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming calls, record information, and prioritize requests
Coordinate road service requests and ensure timely follow-up with customers
Process payments, maintain logs, and assist with data entry and billing for vendors
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Intermediate knowledge of Windows XP, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Experience in data entry with fast and accurate typing skills
Willingness to participate in on-call or after-hours coverage as needed
