Job Title : Physical Therapy Assistant

Experience : Minimum Years of Experience : New graduates accepted; SNF experience highly preferred

License : State License Verification required

Certifications : 8 hours of dementia training required

Must-Have :

• Completed prescreen form attached upon submission
• Resume and license verification attached

Description :
